Theology Teacher

St. John’s Jesuit High School & Academy is in search of a full-time Theology Teacher to begin immediately. St. John’s is an all-boys college preparatory Catholic school in the Jesuit tradition located in Northwest, Ohio serving over 750 young men in grades 6-12. Candidates must teach and act in a way to aid in the formation of Men for Others through the Graduate at Graduation; loving, open to growth, intellectually competent, religious, and committed to doing justice.  A bachelor’s degree and the ability to obtain appropriate licensure is required. A degree in Theology, Religious Studies or a related field is preferred. Candidates must be an active practicing Catholic in full communion with the Church.  Candidates must have the ability to successfully pass BCI/FBI background reports and protecting youth requirements.  For a current salary scale, please click here.

Coordinator of Campus Engagement and Community

St. John’s Jesuit High School & Academy, an all-boys Catholic school in the Jesuit tradition serving approximately 750 boys in Northwest Ohio, is in search of a full-time Coordinator of Campus Engagement and Community.  Under the guidance of the Principal, the Coordinator of Campus Engagement and Community is responsible for creating, coordinating, promoting and supporting high quality non-OHSAA athletic and other student activities for the students at St. John’s Jesuit. The Coordinator of Campus Engagement and Community creates, implements, and facilitates opportunities for co-curricular learning and student leadership development. This pivotal role works with school leadership to create and maintain existing engaging programs with a goal of increasing student retention and engagement. In addition, this position oversees the coordination of foreign exchange programs and any international mission trips or student travel programs. 

Successful candidates will have above average creativity in addition to advanced planning and organization skills.  Qualified candidates will have advanced knowledge of activities that are engaging to the students of St. John’s Jesuit High School & Academy.  Candidates must have demonstrated strong computer skills, communication skills and experience with youth. Ability to successfully pass BCI/FBI background checks and Diocese of Toledo Protecting Youth Requirements is required. Bus Driver

St. John’s Jesuit High School & Academy, an all-boys school serving approximately 750 boys in Northwest, Ohio from grades 6-12, is in search of a daily bus driver for morning and afternoon routes along with occasional special events to begin immediately.   Candidates must have or be eligible for a class B-CDL with Passenger and School Bus Endorsement and all Diocese of Toledo guidelines.  Training/certification can be provided.  Drivers must support the mission of St. John’s Jesuit to form Men for Others. Compensation for the position is as follows:

Daily Route Rate: $21.00 per hour
Mon-Fri Field Trip Rate: $18.00 per hour
Saturday Field Trip Rate: $22.00 per hour
Sunday Field Trip Rate: $29.00 per hour

Substitute Bus Drivers
