St. John’s has been serving extremely impoverished communities in the Appalachia region for more than twenty years. Two service trips are open to students; one over spring break with a focus on construction upgrades, and one in the summer to run a camp for boys. We are happy to announce that the Easter break trip will resume after being canceled since 2020 due to the pandemic. Students and faculty and staff are looking forward to this impactful opportunity for Christian service and returning to Big Laurel Campground in Kermit, WV!
