EdChoice

EdChoice Scholarship

The EdChoice Program is a state-funded scholarship opportunity granted to every K-12 student in the state of Ohio. The EdChoice Scholarships are applied towards tuition only.  Regardless of income, families are responsible for the composite fee and other fees outside of the cost of tuition.  For additonal information about non-tuition fees, please contact Financial Aid Director, Phil Anthony at panthony@sjjtitans.org.

There are two different scholarship types:

  1. EdChoice Traditional Scholarship
This scholarship is awarded to families who live in a qualifying school district.
Click HERE for qualifying school districts.
Click HERE for the EdChoice Traditional Scholarship Fact Sheet.

2.  EdChoice Expansion Scholarship
If you do not live in a qualifying school district you are eligible for this scholarship which is based on a family’s adjusted gross income.
EdChoice income-based scholarship is awarded by the state of Ohio based on each family’s size and related percentage of each family’s
adjusted gross income (AGI) to the federal poverty level.
Note:  The State of Ohio determines family size and verifies income, not St. John’s Jesuit.

Reminder:
All EdChoice Scholarship applicants must also establish a FACTS Grant & Aid account.
